Our minimum stay is 1 full calendar month. We specialise exclusively in long-term parking — we do not offer short-stay or daily parking. Plans are available for 1, 2, 3, 6 and 12 months.
Yes — free airport transfer is included with every plan. Shuttle Outdoor customers are collected by bus from our facility. All Valet plan customers have a driver collect and return their vehicle at the terminal door.
Yes. We have dedicated areas for vans and caravans (available on Shuttle Outdoor, Valet Outdoor and Valet Covered plans) and a separate covered bay for motorbikes. Motorbike parking is available at a fixed monthly rate.
Valet Covered parks your vehicle in a fully covered structure with complete weather and climate protection. Valet Premium places your vehicle in a private enclosed garage with maximum security and total enclosure — ideal for high-value, luxury or classic vehicles.
Yes. Extensions are welcome — simply contact us by phone or WhatsApp before your scheduled pick-up date. Extensions are charged at the same monthly plan rate and subject to availability.
Yes — our facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can drop off or collect your vehicle at any time, including late-night and early-morning flights.
Your vehicle remains under your own insurance policy during its stay. Our facility is fully secured with CCTV, access control and on-site staff — but we recommend all customers maintain their standard vehicle insurance for the duration of their stay.
